APPOINTMENT NOTES

• If your preferred appointment date/time is not available on our calendar, please call or email, and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Our main store offers wedding dresses starting from £1,299. Our Outlet boutique is filled with stunning one-of-a-kind dresses under £999. Please select your appointment that would best suit your budget for an optimal shopping experience.

• Be sure to have a browse through our SOCIAL MEDIA to familiarise yourself with the designers we carry. Our stylists will, of course, guide you once you are here as well.​

• Our Saturdays can get very busy; if you are able, come on a weekday; we can often offer a longer, quieter experience. Our bridal appointments are 90 minutes.

• We allow a maximum of 4 guests per bride; this is for your sake, trust us on this one. Too many opinions can be confusing & overwhelming!

• We highly recommend booking your bridesmaids' appointment with all bridesmaids in attendance. This ensures everyone can try on dresses together, making it easier to find the perfect style and colour for your bridal party. It also streamlines decision-making and helps create a fun, memorable experience for everyone involved.

• No toddlers/children allowed; however, babies in arms are fine if no childcare can be found - we want you to enjoy the appointment without children.

• Please note, our OCCASION WEAR & BRIDESMAID collections are up a flight of stairs. If this is not suitable for you, please email us before booking, and we will accommodate you where possible.

• Please arrive on time. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to see you.

• Wear nude seamless underwear, and if you have a favourite pair of heels, bring them; however, we have heels you may wish to borrow too.

• Please keep make-up to a minimum, and no instant tan, please. This is to preserve our dresses!

• Reschedules with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-transferable.

• Cancellations are non-refundable.
