APPOINTMENT NOTES

• If your preferred appointment date/time is not available on our calendar, please call or e-mail, and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Be sure to have a browse through our SOCIAL MEDIA to familiarise yourself with the designers we carry, our stylists will of course guide you once you are here too!​

• Saturdays can get very busy. If you can visit us on a weekday, we can often offer a longer, quieter experience. Our bridal appointments are 90 minutes.

• We allow a maximum of 4 guests per bride. This is for your sake, trust us on this one, too many opinions can be confusing & overwhelming!

• No toddlers/children allowed; however, babies in arms are fine if no childcare can be found. We want you to enjoy the appointment without children.

• We highly recommend booking your bridesmaids' appointment with all bridesmaids in attendance. This ensures everyone can try on dresses together, making it easier to find the perfect style and colour for your bridal party. It also streamlines decision-making and helps create a fun, memorable experience for everyone involved.

• Please note we have a lovely small capsule collection of traditional style FLOWER GIRL dresses; however do not carry junior bridesmaid dresses.

• Please note, our OCCASION WEAR & BRIDESMAID collections are up a flight of stairs. If this will cause any difficulty for you, please email us before booking, and we will accommodate where possible.

• Please arrive on time. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to see you.

• Wear nude seamless underwear, and if you have a favourite pair of heels, bring them, but we do have heels you can borrow too.

• Please keep makeup to a minimum, and no instant tan to preserve our dresses!

• Reschedules with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-transferable.

• Cancellations are non-refundable.
