APPOINTMENT NOTES

• If your preferred appointment date/time is not available on our calendar, please call or e-mail, and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Be sure to have a browse through our SOCIAL MEDIA to familiarise yourself with the designers we carry, our stylists will of course guide you once you are here too!​

• Saturdays can get very busy. If you can visit us on a weekday, we can often offer a longer, quieter experience. Our bridal appointments are 90 minutes.

• We allow a maximum of 4 guests per bride. This is for your sake, trust us on this one, too many opinions can be confusing & overwhelming!

• No toddlers/children allowed; however, babies in arms are fine if no childcare can be found. We want you to enjoy the appointment without children.

• Please note, The EDIT collection is up a flight of stairs. If this will cause any difficulty for you, please email us before booking, and we will accommodate where possible.

• Please arrive on time. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to see you.

• Wear nude seamless underwear, and if you have a favourite pair of heels, bring them, but we do have heels you can borrow too.

• Please keep makeup to a minimum, and no instant tan to preserve our dresses!

• Reschedules with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-transferable.

• Cancellations are non-refundable.
